玄武岩纤维增强珊瑚砂砂浆收缩性与力学性能试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 针对珊瑚砂砂浆收缩大、力学性能差这2个突出问题,以珊瑚砂砂浆各龄期的收缩率、抗压、抗折和抗拉强度为评价指标,研究玄武岩纤维对珊瑚砂砂浆收缩性能与力学性能的改善作用。试验结果表明:掺加玄武岩纤维可有效减小珊瑚砂砂浆的收缩性,且其收缩率随纤维掺量的增加而减小;玄武岩纤维对珊瑚砂砂浆抗压强度的增强效果不明显,当纤维掺量过高时,对珊瑚砂砂浆各龄期抗压强度产生不利影响;玄武岩纤维可明显提高珊瑚砂砂浆的抗折和抗拉强度,其抗折和抗拉强度均随纤维掺量的增加先提高后降低,最佳掺量为0.90%~1.05%。 The shrinkage and mechanical properties of coral mortar modified by basalt fiber are studied for the reason of the large shrinkage and poor mechanical characteristics of coral mortar.The improvement effects of basalt fiber on the shrinkage and mechanical properties of coral mortar are evaluated systematically by these indexes including the shrinkage ratio,the compressive,flexural and tensile strengths at various curing periods.The results show that the addition of basalt fiber can effectively reduce the shrinkage value of coral mortar,and the shrinkage ratio decreases with the increase of fiber content.The improvement effect of basalt fiber on the compressive strength of coral mortar is not obvious.When the fiber content is too high,it has a negative effect on the compressive strength of coral mortar at all ages.The flexural and tensile strengths of coral mortar can be greatly enhanced,owing to the addition of basalt Fiber.The flexural and tensile strengths of coral mortar increases first and then decreases with the increase of fiber content,and the optimum content is 0.90%~1.05%.
