生物沥青与TLA复合改性沥青及混合料性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 分析了生物沥青和特立尼达湖沥青(TLA)对基质沥青与沥青混合料的协同改性作用,对生物沥青和TLA复合改性沥青进行针入度指标性能与流变性能试验,通过路用性能试验和疲劳试验验证了生物沥青与TLA复合改性沥青混合料的高低温性能、水稳定性及疲劳性能。结果表明:掺入生物沥青能明显提高TLA改性沥青的低温延展性,增大蠕变斜率、降低蠕变劲度模量,TLA能显著提高复合改性沥青的高温性能,增大车辙因子和弹性恢复率、降低蠕变柔量;40%生物沥青与30%TLA复合改性沥青混合料的高低温性能均最优,复合改性沥青混合料兼具高低温性能、水稳定性和抗疲劳性能,能适用于高低温要求严苛的重载道路沥青路面。 The synergistic modification action of bio-asphalt and TLA on matrix asphalt and asphalt mixtures was analyzed,the penetration index standard performance and rheological performance tests were performed on modified asphalt,and the high and low temperature performance,water stability,and fatigue performance of the bio-asphalt and TLA composite modified asphalt mixture were verified by road performance tests and fatigue tests.The test results show that the addition of bio-asphalt significantly improves the low-temperature ductility of TLA modified asphalt,increases the creep slope and reduces the creep stiffness modulus,TLA significantly improves the high-temperature performance of composite modified asphalt,and increases the rut factor and elastic recovery rate,reducing creep compliance.Adding 40%bio-asphalt and 30%TLA composite modified asphalt mixture have the optimal high and low temperature performance.With high and low temperature performance,water stability and fatigue resistance performance,the composite asphalt mixture can be applied to the asphalt pavement of heavy-load roads with high and low temperature requirements.
