输电线路耐张线夹压接质量带电检测技术 被引量:6

摘要 针对现有输电线路耐张线夹压接质量无损检测需要在停电条件下大面积开展的问题,开发了一款采用无人机运载技术的带电检测装置。基于电磁场基本理论,采用大型通用有限元软件对检测装置抗电磁干扰进行了仿真计算,并结合仿真计算优化设计了带电检测装置,对湖南省内110 kV跨电铁线路以及35 kV输电线路重要跨越开展了现场检测。检测试验表明,研发的输电线路耐张线夹压接质量带电检测技术简便可靠,大幅降低了检测劳动强度和安全风险,可在新建和在运输电线路耐张线夹压接质量工作中推广应用。 To solve the problem that nondestructive testing for tension-resistant clamp of transmission lines is necessary to carry out during a power outage.A live detection device based on unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)delivery technology is developed.Based on the basic theory of electromagnetic field,finite element software is used to carry out simulation calculation of electromagnetic interference resistance of the detection device.Combined with the simulation calculation,the electrification detection device is optimized.In Hunan province,110 kV trans-electric railway lines and 35 kV transmission lines are important to carry out field testing.The test results shows that the technology developed is convenient and reliable,which can greatly reduce the labor intensity and safety risk,and can be widely used in the quality inspection of tension-resistant wire clamp of transmission lines.
