超高压输电线路复合瓷绝缘子的运行状况分析

Analysis of Operation Status of Cap and Pin Suspension Ceramic Insulator for UHV Transmission Line

复合瓷绝缘子是一种新型绝缘子,目前我国电网各电压等级在运行的各类复合瓷绝缘子数量已达300万片,其运行状况目前尚无研究。总结超特高压线路防污治理中发现的问题,介绍复合瓷绝缘子的应用历史及现状,对运行4年的42片3种不同型号直流复合瓷绝缘子取样并进行抽样试验,发现除有21.4%的试品憎水性降低至HC4(含HC3~HC4)外,其他各项抽检指标均满足标准要求,提出应加强复合瓷绝缘子储存、搬运、安装和运行维护管理的建议。

Cap and pin suspension ceramic insulators with composite shed is a new type of insulator. At present, the number of cap and pin suspension ceramic insulators with composite sheds in operation at various voltage levels in China’s power grid has reached 3 million pieces, and its operation status has not been studied yet. This paper summarizes the problems found in the anti-pollution flashover treatment of UHV transmission lines, introduces the application history and current situation of cap and pin suspension ceramic insulators with composite sheds. Sampling tests were carried out on 42 pieces of three different types of 500 kV DC cap and pin suspension ceramic insulators with composite sheds in 4 years’ operation. It is found that except for 21.4% of the samples with hydrophobicity reduced to HC4(including HC3~HC4), all other sampling indices meet the requirements of the standards. Suggestions on strengthening the storage, handling, installation, operation and maintenance management of cap and pin suspension ceramic insulators with composite sheds are put forward in the paper.
