单轨列车的焊接管理沿袭了EN 15085轨道交通认证和焊接体系,其焊接作业流程有一整套完整的标准支持,在工业互联网成为国家战略发展的今天,轨道交通焊接体系接入互联网也成为必然的趋势。文中介绍了跨坐式单轨列车焊接体系、基本作业流程和产生数据,以及目前焊接工业互联网平台的现状,对比现有作业的问题,对两者结合做出一些思考和探索。

The system of monorail welding is according to EN 15085 railway welding system.Welding workflow is supported by a series of ISO and European standards.Industry Internet is now becoming national strategy and railway welding join in Industry Internet is a tendency.This thesis introduces straddle monorail train welding system,the data in welding working and the status of welding industry internet.This thesis also makes some thinking and research based on combining with the welding system,the data in welding manufacturing and industry internet.
