均热温度对N80级石油套管钢原始奥氏体晶粒尺寸的影响 被引量:1

The Effects of Soaking Temperature on Prior Austenite Grain Size of N80 Grade Oil Casing Pipe Steel

摘要 主要采用Gleeble物理模拟试验方法,对N80级ERW石油套管试制钢母材和焊接过热粗晶区在均热过程中的晶粒长大行为影响因素进行分析研究。结果表明:试制钢母材和焊接过热粗晶区的原始奥氏体晶粒均随均热温度的增加而逐步长大,并且在950~1000℃的均热温度范围内晶粒粗化现象明显。 By means of Gleeble physical simulation testing method,analysis and research are performed on the factors influencing grain size growth behavior of base metal and overheated coarse grain zone of test steel for N80 grade ERW oil casing pipe during soaking.The results show that the prior austenite grain size of base metal and overheated CGHAZ gradually grows with soaking temperature increase,the grain coarsing phenomenon is significant in the soaking temperature range from 950℃to 1000℃.
