摘要
为了提高钢水洁净度、降低钢中全氧含量、改善铸坯表面质量,针对高附加值钢生产中低熔点夹杂物控制、矩形坯连铸机无氧化浇注、稳态无氧化浇铸系统洁净度集成控制以及弥散型气泡幕墙等技术展开研究并投入实际生产应用,有效地解决了夹杂物含量高和铸坯表面缺陷造成的轧材质量问题。
In order to improve steel cleanliness,reduce total oxygen content in steel,improve slab surface quality for high value-added steel,application study is performed on techniques such as low melting point inclusion control,non-oxidation pouring,cleanliness integrated control of steady state non-oxidation casting system and dispersed bubble curtain wall for rectangular billet caster.Steel product quality problems induced by high inclusion content and billet surface defects are effectively resolved after the above techniques are put into use.
