基于生命周期的地震台站档案管理

Archives management of seismic station based on life cycle

根据生命周期理论,将地震台站的生命周期划分为5个阶段,即:规划期、建设期、运维期、改造期、终了期,对各阶段的科技文件资料进行收集,进行二次分类,建册立卷,丰富了地震科技档案内容。并以网络化利用为目的,提出开展地震台站档案管理的建议,如针对单个台站建立数字化档案、建设期档案收集与台站建设同步进行、安排专人负责台站档案收集与整理、定期进行运维期的档案收集与更新等。

According to the theory of life cycle,the life cycle of a seismic station is divided into five stages,that is,planning period,construction period,operation and maintenance period,transformation period,and end period.The archives and data of each stage are effectively classified,sorted,and recorded.Based on this,this paper puts forward some suggestions to carry out the archives management of seismic stations,such as establishing digital archives for a single station,synchronizing the archives collection during the construction period with the station construction,arranging specific persons to be responsible for the collection and arrangement of station archives,and regular collecting and updating the archives during the operation and maintenance period,etc.
