摘要
随着城镇化进程逐渐加快,新建学校日益增多。鉴于学校组织文化决定着组织效能,因而学校初创时期的组织文化生成应该受到研究者的关注。本研究以一所新建初中为纵向案例,通过对其从筹建到运行初期五年内的调查分析得到:学校初创时期组织文化的生成分为萌芽、碰撞、沉淀三个阶段,呈现出从经验到观念再到行动最终形成风气的发展特征。文化主体性的回归促进了文化的自我适应和自我更新,观念碰撞导向价值认同,促进了学校核心价值观的形成,成为组织文化生成的隐性动力。
With the gradual acceleration of urbanization,the number of new schools is increasing. School organizational culture determines organizational effectiveness,so the formation of organizational culture in the initial stage of school should be concerned by researchers. This study takes a newly-built junior high school as a case,through the investigation and analysis of the five years from its preparation to the initial stage of operation,the formation of organizational culture in the school’s initial stage can be divided into three stages:germination,collision and precipitation,showing the development characteristics from experience to concept,then to action,and finally forming the atmosphere. The return of cultural subjectivity promotes the self adaptation and self renewal of culture,the collision of ideas leads to the value identification,promotes the formation of school core values,and becomes the hidden power of the formation of organizational culture.
