摘要
形成性评估是有效教学必不可少的组成部分,是课堂教学的核心,也是教师从教必备的关键技能。为了论证这一观点,论文首先借助国内学者对中小学教师评估素养的现状调研,引出中小学教师亟需加强形成性评估素养这一论题。接着,借助国际文献,对形成性评估的内涵、性质与特点做了概括与澄清,并指出形成性评估包含四项关键能力,即拟定学习目标及成功准则、获取和解释学习证据、为学生提供有效反馈、依据反馈调整与改进教学。在此基础上,论文从"形成性评估与教学的逻辑联系""、教师资格认证""、相关实证研究"三个角度,论证了形成性评估对教师教学的重要性。
Formative assessment is an indispensable part of the effective teaching,the core of the classroom practice,and a key skill of teaching. To demonstrate this view,this paper first cites a domestic scholar’s research on the current situation of assessment literacy of primary and secondary school teachers to draw out the topic that the primary and secondary school teachers need to strengthen the formative assessment literacy. Then,with the help of international literature,this paper summarizes and clarifies the connotation,nature and characteristics of formative assessment,and points outs that formative assessment contains four key abilities,namely,formulating learning objectives and its corresponding success criteria,obtaining and interpreting learning evidence,providing effective feedback to students,adjusting and improving teaching according to feedback. On this basis,this paper demonstrates the importance of formative assessment to teaching profession from three different perspectives,namely,the logical connection between formative assessment and teaching,teacher certification and relevant empirical research.
