摘要
通过对九位初高中教师的深度访谈,以社会学情感劳动的相关论述为理论视角,研究聚焦于这些初高中教师负面情感的发生原因、化解方式与自我体验,呈现了教师群体的情感付出状况,尤其是负面情感的发生与调适机制,进而分析了职业认同感、责任感、价值感、成就感驱动下的教师情感体验。研究认为,受访教师们的负面情感体验并非仅仅是教师个体的"心理问题",而是植根于中国社会的文化问题。
Drawing on nine in-depth interviews,this paper examines why teachers have intensively experienced negative emotions and how they have dealt with it. By using emotional labor as a critical theoretical perspective,it explores the reasons,working-through strategies and personal experiences. Research findings show that these teachers not only feel exhausted,but also have strong feelings about being governed by others and their own‘heart’of professionality. Thus,this paper argues that feelings of‘being governed by one’s own heart’is not just a psychological issue. Rather,it is a social and cultural issue that is rooted in contemporary Chinese society.
