长庆油田采油一厂井下作业监督管理模式的改革与实践

Reform of Downhole Operation Supervision and Management Mode in No.1 Oil Production Plant of Changqing Oilfield Company and Its Practice

在油田井下作业发展进程中,原有的三级监督体系已逐渐暴露弊端,为进一步优化井下作业监督资源、提升监督效能,需要对原有的监督模式进行改革,包括监督模式优化调整,监督组织架构、建立监督工作机制等。实践表明,改革后的一体化井下作业监督管理模式实现了井下作业监管分离,取得了一定的成效,为井下作业监督管理方法提供经验借鉴。

In the development process of oilfield downhole operation,the disadvantages of the original three-level supervision system are gradually exposed.In order to further optimize the supervision resources of downhole operation and enhance the supervision efficiency,the original supervision mode was reformed.The operation practice shows that the integrated downhole operation supervision and management mode after the reform realizes the separation of supervision and management of downhole operation,and achieves certain results,which provides reference for the supervision and management method of downhole operation.
