电动汽车DC-DC控制器传导骚扰分析与整改 被引量:1

摘要 简述了传导骚扰主要机理,对电动汽车上DC-DC控制器进行了传导骚扰测试、骚扰源的定位。对比分析了接地、屏蔽和滤波的传导骚扰整改方案,最终采用滤波方式来降低控制器的传导骚扰,满足了GB/T 18655-2018中传导骚扰限值等级3的要求。 In this paper,the main mechanism of conducted emission is described.The conduction emission test and the location of disturbance source are carried out for DC-DC controller on electric vehicle.Finally,the filter way is used to reduce the conducted emission of the controller,which meets the requirements of the standard limit level 3.
