摘要
针对产品电磁辐射干扰贯标测试中存在的位置分辨率低、定位模糊等局限性问题,构建了由近场探头、低噪声放大器、频谱分析仪等组成的近场测试系统,采用近场测试方法定位辐射干扰源、验证整改效果。TR组件和便携式终端的电磁辐射干扰整改应用,证明了近场测试方法的有效性和适用性。与电磁辐射干扰诊断的贯标测试方法相比,近场测试方法具备快速、定位准确、便捷等优点。
Aiming at the limitation of low position resolution and location ambiguity in the product electromagnetic radiation interference standard test,a near-field test system consisting of near-field probes,a low noise amplifier and a spectrum analyzer is constructed.The near-field test method is adopted to locate radiation interference sources and verify the effect of the rectification measures.Through the location and rectification cases of the TR module and the portable terminal,the effectiveness and applicability of the method are further proved.Compared with the standard test method of electromagnetic radiation interference diagnosis,the near-field test method has the advantages of fast,accurate positioning and convenient.
