摘要
了解市场营销人才的职业需求,对高素质营销人才的培养具有积极作用。本文在就业需求调查、职业岗位调查及职业能力调查的基础上,结合当前高职市场营销人才培养中专业建设同质性明显、专业培养针对性不够、教学质量有待提高、生源质量下滑等现状,提出结合诊改机制、明确人才培养目标,重新构架课程体系,利用信息化手段,提高教学效果等多方面人才培养举措。
Understanding the professional needs of marketing talents can play a positive role in the cultivation of high-quality marketing talents.Based on the employment demand survey,occupation post survey and occupation ability survey,this article combines the current situation,such as obvious professional construction homogeneity,the lack of targeted professional training,the quality of teaching needs to be improved,and the decline in student quality.In addition,it puts forward a variety of talent training measures,namely,combine the diagnosis and reform mechanism,clarify the goal of talent training,restructure the curriculum system,use information methods,and improve teaching effects.
