斑点追踪技术评估脓毒症心肌功能障碍研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 脓毒症心肌功能障碍(SMD)是脓毒症器官损害的特异性表现。早期识别和干预可显著改善SMD患者预后。超声斑点追踪成像(STI)可准确量化SMD患者心肌舒缩功能,提高诊断SMD准确率。本文对STI评估SMD研究进展进行综述。 Septic myocardial dysfunction(SMD)is an organ-specific manifestation of sepsis.Early identification and intervention can significantly improve the prognosis of SMD patients.Ultrasonic speckle tracking imaging(STI)can accurately quantify myocardial diastolic function and improve diagnosis rate of SMD.The research advancements of STI in evaluating SMD were reviewed in this article.
