球面LED阵列的光斑传输特性

摘要 引入弯曲度的概念建立了球面LED阵列的模型,利用非相干光的叠加原理推导出计算球面LED阵列的光斑半径公式、光斑发散角公式以及照度公式。通过数值计算研究了光斑半径随弯曲度的变化规律、发散角随弯曲度的变化规律、照度峰值随弯曲度的变化规律。计算得出:当弯曲度为0时光斑半径为2.997 m,随着弯曲度的逐渐增加光斑半径逐渐减小,当弯曲度增加到0.2时光斑半径减小为2.913 m;当弯曲度为0时光斑发散角为24.197°,随着弯曲度的逐渐增加光斑发散角逐渐减小,当弯曲度增加到0.2时光斑发散角减小为23.177°;当弯曲度为0时照度峰值为160.33 lx,随着弯曲度的逐渐增加照度峰值逐渐增大,当弯曲度增加到0.2时照度峰值增大为169.81 lx。计算结果表明:球面LED阵列对光斑半径、光斑发散角以及照度都有明显的汇聚作用。这些结果的获得在理论上和方法上为利用球面LED阵列来实现照明设计提供依据,弥补了之前在研究LED阵列中阵列面仅限于平面的不足。 The concept of curvature is introduced to establish the model of spherical LED array.The formula of spot radius,spot divergence Angle and illuminance of spherical LED arrays are derived from the superposition principle of incoherent light.The variation law of spot radius with bending degree,divergence Angle with bending degree and illuminance peak with bending degree are studied by numerical calculation.By calculation,when the curvature is 0,the spot radius is 2.997 m,and the spot radius decreases with the gradual increase of the curvature;When the curvature increases to 0.2,the spot radius decreases to 2.913 m.When the curvature is 0,the flare divergence Angle is 24.197°.The flare divergence Angle decreases with the increase of the curvature.When the curvature increases to 0.2,the flare divergence Angle decreases to 23.177°.When the curvature is 0,the peak value of illumination is 160.33(lx),and the peak value of illumination increases with the gradual increase of the curvature.When the curvature increases to 0.2,the peak illumination increases to 169.81(lx).The calculation results show that spherical LED array has obvious convergence effect on spot radius,spot divergence Angle and illumination.These results provide a theoretical and methodological basis for lighting design by using spherical LED array.It makes up for the limitation of the array plane in the LED array.
