推拿电针联合桃红四物汤对气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者生活质量的影响

Effect of Massage Electroacupuncture combined with Taohong Siwu Decoction on Quality of Life in Patients with Lumbar intervertebral Disc Herniation with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis

目的探讨推拿电针联合桃红四物汤对气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者生活质量的影响。方法对本院2019年1月至2019年12月收治的200例腰椎间盘突出症患者资料进行回顾分析,根据治疗方式分为两组,每组100例,对照组给予推拿电针治疗,观察组采用推拿电针加桃红四物汤治疗,对比两组干预前后VAS评分、JOA评分、生活质量评分和疗效。结果干预前,两组VAS、JOA评分对比无显著差异(P> 0.05);干预后,两组VAS评分明显降低,JOA评分明显升高,且观察组变化幅度明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组疗效(97.00%)高于对照组(83.00%),差异显著(P <0.05)。干预前,两组生活质量评分对比无显著差异(P> 0.05);干预后,两组生活质量评分明显升高,且观察组更高(P <0.05)。结论推拿电针联合桃红四物汤可提高气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者的生活质量及治疗效果。

Objective To explore the effect of massage electroacupuncture combined with Taohong Siwu decoction on quality of life in patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with Qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods The clinical data of 200 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion from January 2019 to December 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods,100 cases in each group,and the control group was treated with massage and electroacupuncture,the observation group was treated with massage electroacupuncture plus Taohong Siwu decoction.VAS score,JOA score,quality of life score and curative effect were compared before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of VAS and JOA between the two groups(P>0.05),after intervention,the scores of VAS and JOA of the two groups decreased significantly,and the change range of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The curative effect of the observation group(97.00%)was higher than that of the control group(83.00%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in QOL scores between the two groups(P>0.05),and after intervention,the QOL scores of the two groups were significantly higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electro-acupuncture combined with Taohong Siwu decoction can improve the quality of life and therapeutic effect of patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation of Qi stagnation and blood stasis.
