基层医院重症肺炎的中西药联合治疗探究

Study on combined Treatment of Chinese and Western Medicine for severe Pneumonia in primary Hospitals

目的探讨基层医院重症肺炎的中西药联合治疗的临床效果。方法回顾分析本院2016年12月至2019年12月收治的64例重症肺炎患者资料,根据治疗方法分为对照组(32例,给予常规治疗)与研究组(32例,给予中西药联合治疗),比较两组的临床疗效、心率、呼吸频率、SpO_2、PaO_2水平。结果研究组患者治疗后的临床疗效(93.75%)明显高于对照组(75.00%),差异显著(P <0.05)。治疗后,研究组心率、呼吸频率、SpO_2、PaO_2与对照组相比均有显著差异(P <0.05)。结论基层医院重症肺炎采用中西药联合治疗可改善呼吸机能,提高临床疗效。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined Chinese and Western medicine on severe pneumonia in primary hospital.Methods The clinical data of 64 patients with severe pneumonia in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2019 were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were divided into control group(32 patients received routine treatment)and study group(32 patients received combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine)depending on the treatment,the clinical effect,heart rate,breath frequency,SpO2 and PaO2 levels were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical curative effect of the study group(93.75%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,heart rate,respiratory frequency,SpO2,PaO2 in the study group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of Chinese and Western medicine can improve respiratory function and clinical efficacy of severe pneumonia in primary hospitals.
