摘要
某炼油厂1×10^4 t/a克劳斯硫磺回收装置受克劳斯硫磺回收脱硫率限制,在异常工况下,尾气排放SO2波动较大,不能满足《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》(GB31570-2015),针对此情况,对硫磺回收尾气处理部分改造,改造后尾气排放达标并通过环保验收。
Limited by the desulfurization rate of Kraus Sulfur recovery,under the unusual work conditions,sulfur dioxide in the tail gas of a 1×10^4 t/a kraus sulfur recovery unit in a refinery fluctuated greatly,which could not meet the"oil refining pollutant emission standard"(GB31570-2015).In view of the above situation,the sulfur recovery tail gas processing part was transformed.After transformation,the tail gas met the emission standard and passed the acceptance of the Environmental Protection Department.
