丁苯酞注射液联合阿加曲班治疗进展性脑梗死的疗效及预后影响分析

Analysis on the effect and prognosis of butylphthalide injection combined with argatroban in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction

目的探讨丁苯酞注射液联合阿加曲班治疗进展性脑梗死的疗效及预后影响分析。方法选择2018年3月~2019年3月就诊的84例进展性脑梗死患者,按数字表法随机将患者均为对照组和观察组,每组各42例,对照组采用阿加曲班治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合丁苯酞注射液进行治疗。对比两组NIHSS评分,Barthel指数评分以及mRS评分。结果观察组NIHSS评分显著低于对照组;观察组Barthel指数评分显著高于对照组;观察组m RS评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论丁苯酞注射液联合阿加曲班治疗进展性脑梗死效果明显,能有效改善患者神经功能缺失,提高患者日常生活能力,改善患者预后。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and prognostic effects of butylphthalide injection combined with argatroban in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 84 patients with progressive cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the number table method.NIHSS scores,Barthel index score and mRS score of the two groups were compared.Results The NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group.The Barthel index score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The mRS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide injection combined with argatroban has a significant effect on the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction,which can effectively improve the neurological deficit,improve the ability of daily living and improve the prognosis of patients.
