破伤风抗毒素安全使用的研究进展

The research progress of the safety of tetanus antitoxin

破伤风是指由破伤风梭菌引起的特异性感染性疾病,以全身强直性发作为主要特征,可引起多种并发症,具有较高的死亡率。破伤风抗毒素是目前治疗破伤风的特效药,有着较好的预防与治疗效果,在基层得到了广泛使用。但是目前临床对于破伤风抗毒素的适用证、临床治疗等方面缺乏统一的标准,为了确保临床用药的安全性,文章主要针对破伤风抗毒素的合理应用展开探讨。

Tetanus refers to the specific infectious disease caused by clostridium tetanus,which is characterized by systemic tonic attack,can cause a variety of complications and has a high mortality rate.Tetanus antitoxin is the effective drug for the treatment of tetanus at present.However,there is no uniform standard for the application and clinical treatment of tetanus antitoxin.In order to ensure the safety of clinical medication,this paper mainly discusses the rational application of tetanus antitoxin.
