正交试验法优选散痛风凝胶膏贴剂中总黄酮类成分提取工艺

Optimization of extract process of total flavonoids from santongfeng cataplasam by orthogonal test

目的优化散痛风凝胶膏贴剂中总黄酮类成分提取工艺。方法紫外-可见分光光度法测定散痛风凝胶膏贴剂总黄酮质量分数,选用L_9(3~4)正交表,以乙醇体积分数、乙醇用量、提取时间和提取次数为考察因素,分别以总黄酮提取率为考察指标,优化散痛风凝胶膏贴剂提取工艺参数。结果总黄酮最佳提取工艺为10倍量60%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次1.5 h。结论优化的工艺简单、稳定、可行,重复性好,可分别用于散痛风贴膏剂中总黄酮的提取。

Objective To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from Santongfeng cataplasam.Methods The mass fraction of total flavonoids in Sangout cataplasam was determined by UV-VIS spectrophotometry.Orthogonal table L9(34)was selected.The volume fraction,amount of ethanol,extraction time and extraction times of ethanol were taken as factors.Results The optimal extraction process of total flavonoids was 10 times of 60%ethanol,reflux extraction twice,1.5 h each time.Conclusion The optimized process is simple,stable,feasible and reproducible.It can be used to extract total flavonoids fromsantongfeng.
