亮菌口服溶液治疗Hp阳性慢性胃炎的症状疗效观察

Observation of clinical effect of oral solution of armillaria in treatment of symptoms of Hp-positivechronic gastritis

目的探讨分析亮菌口服溶液治疗Hp阳性慢性胃炎的症状疗效。方法回顾分析2016年5月~2018年12月期间收治的60例Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者,按治疗方式分对照组(30例接受四联疗法)和研究组(30例四联疗法联合亮菌口服溶液治疗),比较两组治疗效果,如症状总积分、疗效、血清COX-2、Gas水平等。结果研究组总有效率93.33%高于对照组70.00%(P <0.05)。治疗前组间症状积分比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后,研究组症状积分低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗前组间COX-2、Gas比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗后,研究组COX-2、Gas低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论亮菌口服溶液辅助治疗Hp阳性慢性胃炎,可显著改善疾病症状和血清指标,进而提升疗效,利于疾病康复。

Objective To probe into and analyze the clinical effect of oral solution of armillaria in treatment of symptoms of Hp-positivechronic gastritis.Methods 60 cases of patients with Hp-positivechronic gastritis and who treated in our hospital from May 2016 to December 2018 were analyzed retrospectively,and the patients were divided into two groups:the control group(30 cases were treated with tetragenous therapy)and the study group(30 cases were treated with tetragenous therapy combined with oral solution of armillaria)according to the treatment mode.Then,the treatment effect of two groups were compared,such as the total symptom score,clinical effect,serum COX-2 and Gas levels,etc.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than that in the control group of 70.00%(P<0.05).Before treatment,the symptom scores of the groups were compared(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom score in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,COX-2 and Gas were compared between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,COX-2 and gas in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Hp-positivechronic gastritis with oral leucine solution can significantly improve the symptoms and serum indexes of the disease,thus improving the curative effect and promoting the recovery of the disease.
