保阴煎联合地屈孕酮治疗早期先兆流产的临床疗效

The clinical effect of Baoyinjian combined with dydrogesterone tablets in the treatment of early threatened abortion

目的观察保阴煎联合地屈孕酮治疗早期先兆流产的临床疗效。方法采用随机平行对照研究,将2017年6月~2019年6月收治的早期先兆流产患者60例分为两组,对照组30例以地屈孕酮治疗,观察组30例以保阴煎联合地屈孕酮治疗,对比两组治疗后的临床疗效、治疗前后雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平,统计妊娠结局。结果观察组与对照组治疗总有效率(93.33%vs. 73.33%)相比有显著差异(P <0.05);治疗后,两组血清β-HCG、E2均显著升高(P <0.05),观察组与对照组的足月妊娠率(83.33%vs. 60.00%)和保胎成功率(93.33%vs. 76.67%)比较有显著差异(P <0.05)。结论对于早期先兆流产患者,在地屈孕酮治疗基础上加以中药汤剂保阴煎联合治疗可显著提高临床疗效,改善患者性激素水平和妊娠结局。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Baoyinjian combined with dydrogesterone in the treatment of early threatened abortion.Methods In a randomized parallel controlled study,60 patients with early threatened abortion admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were divided into two groups,30 patients in the control group were treated with dydrogesterone tablets,and the observation group was treated with Baoyin Decoction combined with dydrogesterone.The clinical efficacy,estradiol(E2),progesterone(P)andβ-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and pregnancy outcomes were counted.Results There is a significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the total effective rate of treatment(93.33%vs.73.33%)(P<0.05);After treatment,serumβ-HCG,E2 in the two groups increased significantly(P<0.05);There was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the full-term pregnancy rate(83.33%vs.60.00%)and the success rate of pregnancy loss(93.33%vs.76.67%)(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with early threatened abortion,combined treatment with traditional Chinese medicine Baoyinjian on the basis of dydrogesterone tablets treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,improve the patient's sex hormone levels and pregnancy outcome.
