宣肺平喘化痰通络方中药离子导入治疗哮喘的临床研究

Clinical observation study on the treatment of asthma with Xuanfei Pingchuan Huatan Tongluo recipe by traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis

目的探究宣肺平喘化痰通络方中药离子导入治疗哮喘的效果。方法选取124例哮喘患者(2016年1月~2018年3月收治),按照随机数字表法分为研究组(n=62)和对照组(n=62)。对照组采用沙美特罗替卡松粉治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用宣肺平喘化痰通络方中药离子导入治疗。比较两组疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、哮喘控制评分(ACT)、肺功能[第1秒用力呼吸容积(FEV_1)、肺活量(FVC)]。结果研究组总有效率95.16%高于对照组80.65%(P <0.05);治疗后两组中医证候积分、ACT评分均较治疗前改善,且研究组中医证候积分低于对照组,ACT评分高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后两组FEV_1、FVC均较治疗前升高,且研究组高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论宣肺平喘化痰通络方中药离子导入治疗哮喘效果显著,可有效改善症状,控制哮喘发作,提高肺功能。

Objective To explore the effect of Xuanfei Pingchuan Huatan Tongluo recipe traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis on asthma.Methods 124 patients with asthma in our hospital(January 2019 to March 2020)were selected and divided into a research group(n=62)and a control group(n=62)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with salmeterol ticasone powder,and the research group added Xuanfei Pingchuan Huatan Tongluo recipe traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis treatment on the basis of the control group.Comparing the efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,asthma control score(ACT),lung function[forced breathing volume in 1 second(FEV1),vital capacity(FVC)]before and after treatment of the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the research group was 95.16%higher than that in the control group 80.65%(P<0.05);after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores and ACT scores of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the TCM syndrome scores of the research group were lower than the control group,and the ACT score was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,FEV1 and FVC in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the research group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuanfei Pingchuan Huatan Tongluo recipe has a significant effect on the treatment of asthma by traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis,which can effectively promote the improvement of symptoms,control asthma attacks,and improve lung function.
