摘要
目的探讨年龄对脑梗死患者发生颅内动脉狭窄和颈动脉狭窄的影响。方法选取2018年1月~2020年1月就诊的脑梗死患者78例进行研究,根据年龄不同将其随机分为两组,其中低龄组37例(≤60岁),高龄组41例(≥61岁)。观察并比较两组患者基本资料,颅内动脉及颈动脉狭窄情况及狭窄程度,采用Pearson相关性分析评价年龄与患者颅内动脉及颈动脉狭窄程度的相关性。结果两组患者除在年龄上存在显著差异(P <0.05),其余基本情况差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05);低龄组患者与高龄组患者颅内动脉狭窄情况上无明显差异(P> 0.05),但低龄组患者中颈动脉狭窄例数、颅内动脉及颈动脉狭窄例数明显少于高龄组(P <0.05);高龄组患者颅内动脉及颈动脉狭窄程度均高于低龄组(P <0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,年龄与患者颅内动脉狭窄程度和颈动脉狭窄程度均呈正相关(r=0.532,P <0.05;r=0.587,P <0.05)。结论年龄对脑梗死患者发生颅内动脉狭窄和颈动脉狭窄有着极其重要的影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of age on intracranial artery stenosis and carotid artery stenosis in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 78 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups according to their age,including 37 cases in the low age group(≤60 years old)and 41 cases in the old group(≥61 years old).The basic data,stenosis and degree of intracranial artery and carotid artery were observed and compared between the two groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to evaluate the correlation between age and the degree of intracranial artery and carotid artery stenosis.Results Except for the significant difference in age(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in other basic conditions between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in intracranial artery stenosis between the low age group and the old age group(P>0.05).However,the number of cases of carotid artery stenosis,intracranial artery and carotid artery stenosis in the young group was significantly less than that in the old group(P<0.05).The degree of intracranial artery and carotid artery stenosis in the elderly group was higher than that in the younger group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that age was positively correlated with the degree of intracranial artery stenosis(r=0.532,P<0.05);age was positively correlated with the degree of carotid artery stenosis(r=0.587,P<0.05).Conclusion Age plays an important role in the occurrence of intracranial artery stenosis and carotid artery stenosis in patients with cerebral infarction.
