不同营养液配方对朱顶红生长的影响

Effect of Different Nutrient Solution Formula on the Growth of Hippeastrum

为探究朱顶红对水培环境的适应性及不同营养液配方对朱顶红生长的影响,以朱顶红为试材,分别采用尿素、格里克营养液、磷酸二氢钾、自制水培液、清水(对照)进行水培种植。结果表明:格里克营养液(B)对朱顶红叶片生长有较好的促进作用,试验后期平均株高为21cm,分别比磷酸二氢钾(C)和格里克营养液(B)增加55.5%、23.5%;格里克营养液(B)培养的朱顶红根系生长状况较好,其新根长度长达59.5cm,比磷酸二氢钾(C)培养的朱顶红新根长度增加64.8%;尿素(A)有利于提高植株叶片的叶绿素含量,SPAD值达到了46.67。综合比对可知,格里克营养液(B)对朱顶红水培生长有较好的促进作用。

In order to explore the adaptability of Hippeastrum to the water culture environment and the effect of different nutrient solution formulas on the its growth,Hippeastrum were used as the test materials,and urea,training nutrient solution,potassium dihydrogen phosphate,self-made water culture solution and clear water(control)were used respectively for water planting.The results showed that the training nutrient solution(b)had a better promoting effect on the growth of leaves.The average plant height in the later stage of the experiment was 21 cm,which was 55.5%and 23.5%higher than that of the potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(c)and the training nutrient solution(b),respectively.The training nutrient solution(b)had a better growth condition,and the length of its new roots was 59.5 cm,which was better than that of the potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(c).The length of new root increased by 64.8%and urea nutrient solution(a)is good for the content of chlorophyll in leaves with SPAD value reaching 46.67.Comprehensive comparison shows that the training nutrient solution(b)has a better promoting effect on the growth of the water culture planting of Hippeastrum.
