我国地质灾害防治行业管理信息系统建设与展望

Construction and prospect of geological hazard prevention managementinformation system in China

地质灾害防治关系人民生命和财产安全,涉及社会、科技、经济、管理等众多因素。规范并加强地质灾害防治行业管理是做好防灾、减灾、救灾工作的基础。我国地质灾害防治行业管理实行地质灾害防治资质管理制度与两级审批管理制度。本文梳理并回顾了我国地质灾害防治行业管理信息化建设思路、建设内容和系统运行等情况,总结了近3年应用成效,并对地质灾害防治行业监管信息化下一步工作进行了分析和思考。

The prevention of geological hazard is related to the safety of people's lives and property,involving social,technology,economic and management issues.Standardizing and strengthening the management of geological hazard prevention is the foundation of hazard prevention,reduction and relief work.Geological hazard prevention in China takes geological hazard qualification as an important measure,and implements two-level approval management.In this paper,the construction process of management informatization about geological hazard prevention in China is reviewed,the application effect in three years is summarized,and the next work of supervision informatization of geological hazard prevention is analyzed and considered.
