钛白粉有机改性及在聚烯烃色母粒中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 采用有机硅处理剂对金红石型钛白粉进行了有机表面改性,研究了有机硅的种类对钛白粉表面亲疏水性的影响。以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为载体树脂,改性钛白粉为着色剂制备白色母粒,研究了有机改性剂对色母粒性能的影响。试验结果表明:采用有机硅对钛白粉进行有机表面改性处理后,钛白粉表面具有疏水性能,用其制备白母粒后产品的分散性有显著提升。改性聚硅氧烷A有机表面改性剂的处理效果更好。 The surface modification of rutile titanium dioxide was carried out with the organic silicon,the effects of different organosilicon surface treatments on the hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties of titanium dioxide were studied.White masterbatch was prepared using low density polyethylene(LDPE)as carrier resin,modified titanium dioxide as colorant.The effect of organic modifier on properties of masterbatch was studied.The test results showed that the surface of titanium dioxide is hydrophobic after surface modification with silicone,using it to prepare white masterbatch,the dispersion of the product is improved significantly.Modified polysiloxane A organic surface modifier has better treatment effect.
