Synthesis,Crystal Structure and Fluorescent Properties of Hexanuclear Zinc Complex Constructed by 1,8-Naphthalene Acid

摘要 以ZnSO4·7H2O、1,10-邻菲罗啉(phen)和荧光发色团1,8-萘二甲酸酐(1,8-ndc)为原料,采用水热法合成了一个新的六核配合物[Zn(1,8-ndc)(phen)(H2O)2]6·CH3OH·H2O,并对其进行了X-射线单晶衍射结构分析、红外光谱表征和荧光性质研究。研究表明,该配合物属于三方晶系,R-3空间群,单胞参数为a=19.5181(6)?,b=19.5181(6)?,c=30.1722(2)?,α=90°,β=90°,γ=120°。配合物中6个1,8-ndc配体桥联6个Zn^Ⅱ离子,形成了一个封闭的环状六核配合物。该六核锌配合物的荧光发射峰峰值显著增强,有望作为荧光探针用于生物及医学检测中。 A new hexanuclear complex[Zn(1,8-ndc)(phen)(H2O)2]6·CH3OH·H2O was synthesized with ZnSO4·7 H2O,1,10-phenanthroline(phen),and fluorescent chromophore 1,8-naphthalic anhydride(1,8-ndc)by the hydrothermal method and characterized by X-ray crystallography,IR spectroscopy and luminescent properties.The results indicated that the complex crystallize in rhombohedral system and R-3 space group with crystal parameters of a=19.5181(6)?,b=19.5181(6)?,c=30.1722(2)?,α=90°,β=90°,γ=120°.In the complex,six Zn^Ⅱions were connected by six 1,8-ndc bridges that alternately formed a closed ring.The fluorescence emission peak of the hexanuclear zinc complex increased effectively and may be used as a fluorescence probe in biological and medical detection.
