Data Mining of Intellectual Property Output and Scientific Research Projects of High Tech Enterprises in Fujian Province

近年来,高新技术企业技术创新能力不断提高,得到了更多的关注和优惠政策,但对其知识产权产出和科研项目的研究还较少,对福建省高企的相关情况进行数据采集与挖掘,通过探索性数据分析(Exploratory Data Analysis,EDA)了解福建省高企知识产权产出与科研项目的一些特点,以期为相关科技管理部门、科技情报研究机构提供参考。

In recent years, the technological innovation ability of high-tech enterprises has been continuously improved, and more attention and preferential policies have been obtained. However, the research on the output of intellectual property and scientific research projects is still not much. In this paper, the relevant situation of high-tech enterprises in Fujian Province is collected and mined, and through exploratory data analysis(EDA) to understand some characteristics of intellectual property output and scientific research projects of high-tech enterprises in Fujian Province, in order to provide reference for relevant science and technology management departments and scientific and technological information research institutions.
