摘要
以重庆轻轨10号线七星岗站—大礼堂站区间隧道穿越人和街小学办公楼为实例,通过利用数值计算和现场监测2种方法,研究隧道施工过程中邻近建筑物的变形规律.计算结果表明:地铁隧道开挖过程中,离隧道近的基础沉降量最大,且变化明显,而离隧道远的基础受到的影响较小;建筑物的横向倾斜率随着隧道施工推进不断增大,而纵向倾斜率随着隧道施工推进先增大达到峰值,随后逐渐减小,最后趋于稳定.通过对比模拟计算结果与现场测试结果,得到它们之间相差不大,且计算值偏大,虽然地铁隧道开挖对建筑有影响,但是均在规范规定的范围内.模拟计算出的建筑物变形可以为隧道施工提供参考,也能够保证一定的安全储备.
Taking the tunnel between Qixinggang Station and Great Hall Station of Chongqing Light Rail Line 10 through the office building of Renhejie Primary School as an example,the deformation regularity of adjacent buildings during tunnel construction is studied by using the two methods of numerical calculation and field monitoring.The calculation results show that the foundation settlement near the tunnel is the largest and changes obviously during the excavation of subway tunnel.Foundations farther away from the tunnel are less affected.The lateral tilt rate of buildings increases with the progress of tunnel construction,while the longitudinal tilt rate first increases to the peak,then gradually decreases,and finally tends to be stable.By comparing the results of simulation calculation and field test,it is found that there is not much difference between them,and the calculated value is too large.Although subway tunnel excavation has an impact on the building,it is within the scope of the code.The simulated deformation of buildings can not only provide reference for tunnel construction,but also ensure a certain safety reserve.
