摘要 针对传统的高炉冷却壁水温差监测方法存在测量精度低、稳定性差的缺点,设计了一种基于数字转换器MAX31865的高精度水温差监测系统.系统主要由测温热电阻、数据采集终端和上位机监控端3部分组成.选用四线制铂热电阻PT1000作为温度传感器,很好地消除了线上阻抗可能带来的误差,采用数字转换芯片MAX31865进行温度数据的AD转换,然后利用RS-485总线基于Modbus-RTU协议进行数据传输,实现数据的高精度高速转换与稳定传输,再利用上位机软件对温度数据及测温节点实现实时监控. In view of the shortcomings of the traditional monitoring method of water temperature difference in blast furnace cooling wall,such as low measuring accuracy and poor stability,a high-precision monitoring system of water temperature difference based on digital converter MAX31865 is designed.The system is mainly composed of three parts:temperature measurement thermal resistance,data acquisition terminal and host computer monitoring terminal.The four-wire platinum thermal resistance PT1000 is selected as the temperature sensor,which eliminates the error that may be caused by the line impedance.The digital conversion chip MAX31865 is used for AD conversion of the temperature data,and then the RS-485 bus is used for the Modbus-RTU protocol.High-precision data transmission,high-speed conversion and stable transmission of data are realized,and then the upper computer software is used to realize real-time monitoring of temperature data and temperature measurement nodes.
