The design scheme of each part of the double roll extruder were introduced in detail,and the technical parameters of the tank body,the press roll,the longitudinal sealing device and the double roll extruder were described in detail.Finally,the designed twin roll extruder was applied to papermaking practice,and the performance test records of the twin roll extruder were obtained.After practical application,it was determined that all technical indexes met the production requirements.
