摘要
[目的/意义]探究晋江文学城原创文学网站用户属性,构建晋江文学城原创文学网站用户画像,在拓展用户画像理论应用场景的同时,帮助网站更细致地了解用户文化消费行为,从而优化网站运营,提升用户粘性,为其他原创文学网站的用户研究提供参考。[方法/过程]以晋江文学城原创文学网站用户为研究对象,运用因子分析法、K-Means聚类分析和Word Art词云工具,构建晋江文学城原创文学网站用户画像,分析用户兴趣及行为规律。[结果/结论]确立晋江文学城原创文学网站用户画像标签体系,构建4类用户画像,并以不同类型用户画像为参照,提出晋江文学城原创文学网站优化策略。
[Purpose/significance]In order to expand the application scenarios of user profile theory,optimize Website operation,improve user stickiness,create greatest value for Jinjiang literature Website,intensive understand culture consumption of users and offer reference for research on users of other original literature Website,the paper explores the characteristics of Jinjiang original literature Website users and builds Jinjiang original literature website user profile.[Method/process]Research object of this paper targeted Jinjiang original literature website users,established user profiles of Jinjiang original literature Website and offered explanations related to the user interest and behavior by using exploratory factor analysis,K-Means cluster analysis and Word Art visualized analysis tools.[Result/conclusion]This paper obtains the user profile label system of Jinjiang original literature Website,establishes four typical user profiles of Jinjiang original literature Website,refers to different typical user profiles and puts forward optimization strategies for Jinjiang original literature Website.
