A Review of the Research on Government Purchasing Public Library Services in Recent Ten Years

[目的/意义]总结近十年来我国政府购买公共图书馆服务的研究现状,为进一步深入研究提供参考。[方法/过程]采用关键词检索和引文追溯收集文献,通过阅读、分析归纳相关主题。[结果/结论]我国政府购买公共图书馆服务研究起步晚、发展速度快,研究领域不断扩展,研究成果逐渐系统。未来可从加强相关概念辨析、加强社会组织承接研究、案例转化研究、相关立法研究、第三方评估研究、购买风险研究等方面展开。

[Purpose/significance]Summarizing the present research situation of government purchasing public library services in recent ten years,so as to provide reference for further research.[Method/process]Literature works were collected through keyword retrieval and citation tracing,then summarized related topics through reading and analyzing.[Result/conclusion]The research on government purchase of public library services in China started late but developed rapidly.The research field has been expanding and the research results are gradually systematic.In the future,it can be carried out from the following aspects:strengthening the discrimination of relevant concepts,strengthening the study of social organization undertaking,case transformation,relevant legislation research,third party evaluation research,and purchase risk research and so on.
