摘要
禽流感在世界范围内不断暴发,不但给养禽业造成了巨大的经济损失,而且给公共卫生安全造成了一定威胁。当前,疫苗免疫仍然是预防与控制禽流感的主要手段。而纳米疫苗具有免疫剂量小、效应时间长、定点靶向性、生物相容性好等特点,因此寻求和开发新型纳米疫苗用于防控禽流感具有很强的现实意义。本文从纳米疫苗的种类、疫苗抗原的类型、免疫接种途径以及应用前景方面,对禽流感纳米颗粒疫苗的研究进展进行论述,以期为新型禽流感纳米疫苗的研发提供参考。
Avian influenza continues to outbreak around the world,not only cause huge economic losses to the poultry industry,but also pose certain threat to public health.Currently,immunization is still the main way for prevention and control of avian influenza.Nanoparticle vaccines show many good features,such as small immunization dose,long effect time,targeting,and good biocompatibility.Therefore,it is significant to seek and develop novel nanoparticle vaccines for prevention and control of avian influenza.Development of avian influenza nanoparticle vaccines is discussed in this review including nanoparticle vaccine types,vaccine antigen types,immunization methods and application prospects.It is expected to provide new ideas for the further development of novel avian influenza nanoparticle vaccines.
