热轧线AWC液压控制系统高频振动分析与改进

摘要 针对AWC液压系统高频振动冲击导致管路、管件损坏喷油的缺陷,分析AWC自动宽度系统的控制模式,在快开与复位的短行程控制中增加斜坡控制模块及控制阀延时程序,可降低状态切换时的压力冲击,在AWC阀台增加蓄能器站,可提高吸收液压系统压力脉动冲击的能力,改进后AWC液压系统压力高频振动趋势平稳。 Aiming at the defections of oil blowout from pipelines and fittings damaged hy AWC hydraulic system high-frequency vibration impact,the control mode of AWC automatic width is analyzed.The ramp control module and control valve delay program are added in the short stroke control of quick open and reset so as to reduce the pressure impact generated during status switching.An accumulator station is introduced in the AWC valve stand.It can improve the ability of pressure pulse impact absorption for the hydraulic system.After the improvement,the trend of high-frequency vibration of AWC hydraulic system pressure is stable.
