航测法在北方农村土地承包经营权确权工作中应用的深度挖掘 被引量:1

摘要 航测法是指利用航空飞行器对确权区域进行航空摄影、加工得到正射影像,然后以此为基础、实地调绘采集承包地块的土地确权方法。结合北方地广人稀、旱地居多的特点与常规航测法的精度局限性,文章对航测法在北方农村土地确权工作中的应用进行了理论挖掘,首次提出查垄法和地标法,同时辅以地块矢量化的智能实现,最后以五常市农村土地确权项目为例,实践证明了本套技术流程不仅能够保证确权精度与准确度,而且可以大幅度提高生产效率、节约生产成本,为北方地区的土地确权提供了借鉴参考。 With the help of spacecraft,launching aerial photography for surveying area,obtaining orthoimage and afterwards field investigation of contracting land is the theoretical route of aerial photography method.Considering the northern characteristic of sparsely populated and mostly dry land,besides the limited precision of common aerial photogrammetry,the article conducts theoretical research on the application of aerial photogrammetry in the right to northern rural land.It not only puts forward Ridge-count and Land-mark method for the first time,but intelligently realizes plot vectorization as auxiliary.In the end,taking Wuchang rural land right project for example,the article practically proves that this set of technical process can not only ensure the precision and accuracy,but improve production efficiency and save production cost,providing reference for northern rural land right.
