摘要
预制钢弹簧浮置板道床是一种新型高等级轨道隔振技术,和现浇钢弹簧浮置板道床施工相比预制钢弹簧浮置板道床大大提高了施工效率,节约了时间,同时也提高了施工精度。本文研究了预制钢弹簧浮置板设计和相关生产工艺要求,施工过程中的限界问题研究及其处理方法,预制钢弹簧浮置板铺设施工工艺及施工效率和质量,为城市轨道交通工程隧道净空设计、限界测量、钢弹簧浮置板的选型和施工提供了依据。
Prefabricated steel spring floating slab track bed is a new high-grade track vibration isolation technology.Compared with cast-in-place steel spring floating slab track bed construction,prefabricated steel spring floating slab track bed greatly improves construction efficiency,saves time and improves construction accuracy.This paper studies the design and related production process requirements of the prefabricated steel spring floating plate,the research and treatment method of the clearance problem in the construction process,the laying construction technology and construction efficiency and quality of the prefabricated steel spring floating plate,which provides the basis for the clearance design,gauge measurement,selection and construction of the steel spring floating plate in urban rail transit engineering.
