乡村振兴背景下村级党组织建设的思考

Reflections on the Construction of Village-level Party Organization under the Background of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴事关全局、事关根本、事关长远,是当前三农工作的核心。全面加强村级党组织建设是实施乡村振兴战略的重要保障。本文对村级党组织的现状做了分析和思考,从在新型经济体中加强党组织建设、鼓励各类人才回乡务农创业、充分发挥“五老”作用等方面提出了思路与对策。

Rural revitalization is the core issue of the present work of agriculture,rural areas,and rural residents,which concerning the overall situation,the fundamental and the long term development of our country.Comprehensively strengthening the construction of village-level Party organizations is an important guarantee for implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.This study analyses the present situation of village party organization.We provide the thoughts and countermeasures on many aspect such as strengthening party building in emerging economies,encouraging all kinds of talented people to return to their hometown and start their own businesses,giving full play to the role of the five senior officials.
