方言能力与流动人口创业行为研究——基于CLDS劳动力调查数据的实证分析

Study on Dialect Ability and Entrepreneurial Behavior of Floating Population:Empirical Analysis Based on CLDS Labor Force Survey Data

本文采用2016年CLDS调查数据并结合Probit模型,考察流动人口在流入地的方言使用情况对其异地创业行为选择的影响,并考察这一影响的异质性。研究结果表明:(1)流动人口熟练使用流入地方言更有可能创业;(2)异廣性发现,这一正向影响在城市、跨方言地区流动和掌握方言的群体内部更为明显。因此,若要推动和鼓励流动人口创业行为,需要平衡文化多样性与文化融合对经济发展的作用,从而推动个体创业实践;同时着力提升劳动者的社会认同感,改善社会文化包容性以防歧视现象发生。

In this paper,the 2016 CLDS survey data and Probit model were used to investigate the influence of the dialect usage of the migrant population in the destination on their choice of entrepreneurial behavior in other places,and the heterogeneity of this influence was also investigated.The results show that:(1)the floating population is more likely to start a business by proficiently using the local dialect;(2)Heterogeneity found that the positive influence was more obvious within the groups that moved and mastered dialects in urban and cross-dialect regions.Therefore,to promote and encourage the entrepreneurial behavior of floating population,it is necessary to balance the role of cultural diversity and cultural integration on economic development,so as to promote the practice of individual entrepreneurship.At the same time,efforts should be made to enhance workers sense of social identity and improve social and cultural inclusiveness to prevent discrimination.
