桐柏抽水蓄能电站弹性支撑型推力瓦检测方法研究

摘要 抽水蓄能电站机组工况转换频繁,各组别推力瓦支撑部件长期运行后物理力学性能差异显现,使得部分推力瓦温度上升。桐柏抽水蓄能电站出现推力瓦温度偏高、支撑部件接触面出现凹面变形等问题。弹性托盘几乎承担全部弹性变形,所以其物理力学性能稳定一致是保证机组安全运行的关键。需要在定期检修时对每组支撑部件和推力瓦叠加高度进行测量,并对弹性托盘塑性变形量及不同负荷下弹性变形量进行检查,以消除安全隐患。为此,对桐柏抽水蓄能电站弹性球面支柱弹性托盘和推力瓦现场检测方法进行了研究,以满足电站稳定运行对弹性支撑型推力瓦球面支柱弹性托盘的检测需求。 In pumped storage power plant,the working condition of the unit changes frequently,and the differences resulting from the physical and mechanical properties of the supporting parts of the thrust pads of each unit apprear during long-term operation,resulting in the temperature rise of some thrust pads.The relatively high temperature of thrusts pads,the concave deformation of contact surface of supporting parts and some other problems appear in Tongbai Pumped Storage Power Plant.As the elastic tray almost bears all the elastic deformation,the stability and consistency of its physical and mechanical properties is the key to ensure the safe operation of the unit.It is necessary to measure the stack height of supporting parts and thrust pads of each unit during regular maintenance,and to check the plastic deformation of the elastic tray and the elastic deformation under different loads to eliminate the potential safety hazards.For this purpose,this paper studies the on-site inspection method of the elastic spherical support,the elastic tray and and the thrust pad in Tongbai Pumped Storage Power Plant to meet the demand.
