发电电动机推力轴承弹性托盘应力及疲劳分析 被引量:1

摘要 推力轴承是发电电动机和水泵水轮机转动部分重量及水推力的支撑部件,弹性托盘是推力轴承支撑的关键部件,合理设计弹性托盘结构,并准确分析它的应力和疲劳寿命,对推力轴承的性能至关重要,可有效避免弹性托盘断裂。针对该问题提出有限元机械应力和热结构耦合分析相结合的推力轴承设计方法,从而得到弹性托盘的综合应力,以及应力与托盘变形之间的拟合关系曲线,评价疲劳风险。研究成果可为抽水蓄能电站的弹性托盘变形测量和推力轴承运行维护提供理论依据,降低推力轴承故障风险。 Thrust bearing is the part to support the weight of rotating parts of motor generator,pump turbine and hydraulic thrust load.Spring disc is the key component of thrust bearing.It is very important for the performance of bearing to design the spring disc reasonably and analyze the stress and fatigue correctly.It will avoid the cracking of spring disc.For this purpose,we combined the mechanical and Thermostructural coupling analysis to get the nominal stress and the relationship curve of stress and deformation of spring disc.The fatigue risk is analyzed as well.The research result could be the theoretical basis to measure the deformation of spring disc and operation and maintenance of pump storage power plant to reduce the risk of thrust bearing damage.
