摘要
针对某抽水蓄能机组励磁系统实际调试过程中遇到的问题,结合原设计方案查找故障原因,分析缺陷原理,提出了励磁调节器内部励磁电流检测逻辑优化设计方案、励磁直流灭磁开关控制回路优化设计方案及机组停机热备转抽水调相过程中的励磁调节模式切换节点优化设计方案。优化后的励磁系统运行状况良好,验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。
In view of the problems encountered in the actual debugging process of Hainan qiongzhong pumped storage unit excitation system,combined with the original design scheme to find the cause of the failure,analysis of the principle of defects,proposed excitation DC de-excitation switch control circuit optimization design,excitation regulator internal excitation current detection logic design optimization scheme and unit shutdown hot standby switch pumping phase modulation process of excitation regulation mode switching node design optimization scheme.The optimized excitation system runs well,which verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
