摘要
首先续流二极管检测法的原理,在续流二极管法的基础上以TI的DSP芯TMS320F28335为主控芯片,CCS4.1.2为软件平台,实现无刷直流电机无位置传感器控制系统的设计,使电机正常运转。通过对不同给定速度下的转速实验波形进行对比,都能很快响应并达到稳定,验证续流二极管法的无位置传感器控制系统设计的可行性。
Firstly,the principle of freewheeling diode detection method is introduced.Based on freewheeling diode method,TI DSP chip TMS320F28335 is the main control chip,and ccs4.1.2 is the software platform.The design of sensorless control system for brushless DC motor is realized,which makes the motor run normally.By comparing the experimental waveforms of speed at different given speeds,it can respond quickly and achieve stability,which verifies the feasibility of the design of sensorless control system based on freewheeling diode method.
