摘要
高校教师的核心素养已成为近几年研究的热点,基于核心素养研究高校教师教学素养与能力培养的方法策略,提高高校教师的教学素养与能力,增强我国的核心竞争力。
The core literacy of college teachers has become a hot research topic in recent years.This article aims to study the methods and strategies of teaching quality and ability training of college teachers based on the core literacy,improve the teaching quality and ability of college teachers,and strengthen our core competitiveness.
