高校资助育人工作存在的问题及建议

The Existing Problems and Suggestions on the Subsidizing Education Work in the Colleges and Universities

资助育人工作是资助工作的有机组成部分,积极推进资助和育人相结合是高校资助工作健康发展的有效途径。分析了我国高校资助工作的现状,指出我国高校资助工作取得了长足的进步,但资助育人工作还存在缺少整体规划,重视物质资助,轻视思想教育,轻视发展性资助等不足,应优化整体规划,构建暖心工程、扶志工程和扶智工程,推动资助育人工作健康发展。

Subsidizing education is an organic part of subsidizing work, and actively promoting the combination of subsidizing and education is an effective approach for the healthy development of subsidizing in colleges and universities. In this paper,the current situation of subsidizing in colleges and universities in China has been analyzed and drew the conclusion that great progress has been made in the subsidizing work in colleges and universities. However,there are still some deficiencies when subsidizing, such as the lack of overall planning, the neglect of ideological education while emphasizing on material aid and the neglect of developmental support etc. It is proposed to optimize the overall plan, construct heartwarming projects, the projects of supporting the will and the intelligence so as to promote the healthy development of subsidizing education.
