自由贸易区(港)建设背景下海南省产业转型研究

Study on Industrial Transformation of Hainan Province under the Construction of Free Trade Area

产业转型是国家和地方政府高度重视的问题,也是学术界高度关注的热点问题。2018年4月13日,中共中央宣布支持海南建设自由贸易区和中国特色自由贸易港,海南进入4.0时代(经济大特区、国际旅游岛、自由贸易区、自由贸易港)。本文基于海南省统计数据和资料,分析其近10年来产业发展趋势、现状特征及问题,借鉴国内其他自贸区建设的经验,结合海南省区位、资源条件、产业基础及自贸区建设要求,提出产业转型方向及重点,为海南省产业结构优化和自贸区建设提供参考。

Industrial transformation is a highly valued issue for national and local governments, and it is also a hot topic issue that the academic circles pay close attention to. On April 13, 2018, the CPC Central Committee announced its support for Hainan’s construction of a free trade zone and a free trade port with Chinese characteristics, which indicates that the Hainan Province has entered the 4.0 era, that is, Special Economic Zone, International Tourism Island, Free Trade Area and Free Trade Port. Based on the statistical data of Hainan province, this paper analyzed the trend, characteristics and problems of industry development in the past 10 years, and puts forward the direction and key points of industrial transformation drawing on the experience of other free trade areas in China, as well as the location, resource conditions, industrial base and requirements for the construction of free trade areas of Hainan province. Aiming to provide reference for the optimization of industrial structure and construction of free trade area in Hainan province.
